    Description
    • Lead by example and represent thebrand by communicating its values and philosophy though allactivities and interactions with customers and other teammembers
    • Define, execute and monitor the storeaction plan to achieve sales targets andKPIs.
    • Manage the customer database to buildstrong relationship with customers and create future potentialselling opportunities
    • Stay ahead of latesttrends, products and competitors and share feedback with relevantstakeholders in the back-office team. Conduct quarterly SWOTanalysis and discuss the outcome with your team and linemanager.
    • Think hybrid by leveraging all type ofpoint of sales online and offline.

    Team Leadership andDevelopment

    • Provide aclear vision to the team about the business and store'svision and key directions
    • Identify, recruit,develop and retain strong talents
    • Create apositive work environment based on trust, respect and fairness andbe the voice of the employees when needed by sharing any of theirfeedback, challenges and concerns with the leadership and HRteams.
    • Act as a coach for the team members andpromote growth mindset by leveraging the Group'savailable learning tools and platforms an constantly monitor theteam's development plans and professionalgrowth.
    • Ensure performance improvement plansare discussed and documented in a transparent manner.

    Customer Experience

    • Develop the omnichannel mindset amongthe team by constantly promoting the different touchpoints of thecustomer experience (physical and digital).
    • Usethe clienteling approach and techniques with a focus on VIPs,leveraging customer data to proactively catering to their needs andpreferences, the brand's ecommerce business includingdifferent activities, offerings, activations,etc.
    • Recruit new clients and convert them intoloyal VIP customers by providing them with an excellent experienceand constantly networking with them

    Operational Excellence

    • Ensure all sales and operationalpolicies and procedures (SOP's) are followed andmaintained in the store.
    • Ensure e-commerceorders are prepared and processed within the set SLAs in terms oftime and quality and no fulfillment action is pending in thestore.
    • Leverage available technology tools whenavailable to support customer experience in and outside of store(Clienteling app, OMS, Whatsapp Business, etc.) and ensure the teamis well versed with it or overwise trained onit.
    • Ensure all operating standards are followedfrom stock replenishment to organising displays as per thebrand's VM guidelines.
    • Ensure ahealthy floor coverage by analyzing historical traffic data andanticipating peak hours
    • Ensure that allprocesses are compliant with legal, safety, security, retail storeoperations and HR guidelines, work closely with relevant teams toconstantly improve them and escalate any issues or concerns forprompt action.

    What You Need ToSucceed

    • Prior store management experience inPremium/Luxury Fashion in the MiddleEast
    • Strong communication skills, Arabic is aplus
    • Commercially focused andpeople-oriented
    • Strong network of clientswithin luxury retail
