    Description
    • Responsible for renovation works,coordinating with Inhouse team &subcontractors.
    • manage and plan projecttimelines, budgets and staffing.
    • create andinterpret digital blueprints and structureplans.
    • inspect construction project sites forsafety and efficiency.
    • Proper mobilizing of allthe casual jobs/ projects
    • Expert in preparingcost estimation with the objective of reducing costs and maximizinggross margins.
    • Monitoring team'sperformance on project completion.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Construction Management or a relatedfield.
    • 5+ years of Inspection experienceincluding a background in both field inspection and officeengineering.
    • Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills.
    • Ability to read andinterpret contract documents and construction plans andspecifications.
    • Ability to work independentlywith minimal supervision.
    • Strong timemanagement skills and excellent attention todetail.
    • Ability to effectively manage projectteam members. Must be very organized and have effectiveproblem-solving, leadership and negotiationskills.
    • Ability to work on multipleprojects/deadlines.
    • Ability to work in afast-paced collaborativeenvironment.
