    Description
    • Provide in-house Building generalservicing, repair and maintenance using well-trained, presentablepersonnel carrying out maintenance works in an efficient, discreetand guest friendly manner.
    • Carry out continuousinspections to ensure the highest level of guest comfort ismaintained and that all services are in proper workingcondition.
    • He carries out preventivemaintenance as manuals
    • Provides technicaladvice as required across all Staff under he'ssubordination within the Department.
    • Willperform other duties as directed from time to time by themanagement.
    • Make sure that all the Room andground jobs has been carried out and completed as per hotelstandards.
    • He provides onsite supervision ofContractors who may be employed from time to time to maintain orupgrade the premises of the property.

    Qualifications

    • Speaks,reads and writes English fluently (an additional foreign languagewould be an advantage)
    • Outgoingpersonality
    • Should be able to work long hourswith minimum supervision
