    JobDescription

    1. JOBPURPOSE

    Follow up the dailymanagement activities and perform the administrative tasks in theoffice of the Executive Director for the client.

    1. KEY RESULTS andACCOUNTABILITIES
    2. Follow upon the directives of His Excellency the Director General and theBoard of Directors and ensure that the necessary measures are takenon time.
    3. Follow up on incoming/ outgoingofficial correspondence and correspondence via the Tarasoul systemto the Executive Director'soffice.
    4. Preserving correspondence and officialdocuments within an integrated system for archivingdocuments.
    5. Follow up on the status of messagesreceived from all sectors and departments of the authority andensure that the closure of correspondence is notdelayed.
    6. Preparing for the evaluation of theExecutive Director's office.
    7. Preparingthe monthly reports related to the status of the correspondencereceived at the office of the ExecutiveDirector.
    8. Follow up on coordination with theOffice of the Director General and the Chairman of the Board ofDirectors to ensure that all directives, instructions, andrecommendations received from the Office of the Director Generaland the Chairman of the Board of Directors areimplemented.
    9. Ensure that all requirements areprovided on time, follow up on matters related to the ExecutiveDirector's office, and prepare and implement the tasksassigned to him from the minutes of meetings and PowerPointpresentations.
    10. Taking and following up theapproval of the Executive Director on the documents sent by theconcerned authorities.
    11. Periodic follow-up andupdate of the shared file.
    12. Follow up onindividual performance plans for sector employees in coordinationwith the Human ResourcesDepartment.

    Qualifications

    1. Theability to prepare reports in an orderly and professionalmanner.
    2. A good listener and communicator with ahigh ability to communicate and convey information orally and inwriting.
    3. An effective member of the work teamand able to enhance confidence in his relationships with clientsand team members.
    4. Fluent in Arabic and Englishin reading, writing, and speaking.
    5. Excellentwriting skills.
    6. High degree of analyticalthinking, demonstrating talent, Identify, examine, improve, andsimplify multiple workprocesses.
