    Description

    JOBDESCRIPTION:

    • Thisposition will be directly reporting to the Senior Product Managerand SalesDirector.
    • Tomanage product portfolio plan and specs & price positioninganalysis manage existing model upgrade and new model development& homologation project manage market & Segmentanalysis promote the product competence to increase market shareandsales.

    KEYRESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THEROLE:

    • Supportthe product portfolio plan and price positioning in Middle East andNorth Africaregion.
    • Collecttrack analyses segment level dynamics (competitor model specsprices gotomarket activities sales performance future launchintelligence Strength Weakness Opportunities Threats) andtranslate.
    • Accurateposition of the brands products and timely grasp of consumerscognition and attitude of the products to develop the companyproduct positioning and operation strategy of the nextstep.
    • Prepareand maintain database of reports and presentations for internal andexternalforums.
    • Analysisof the characteristics performance quality price appearance of thelaunched products compared with similar products to make effectiveanalysis and improvementopinions.
    • Supportto Make the effective analysis for the future market size andmarket situation of launched new products and forecast the wholedevelopmenttrend.
    • Supportto prepare Competitor Product and Price analysis for HQreporting.
    • Supportto create detailed PVA (Perceived Value Analysis) for every regionto check uniquerequirement.
    • SWATanalysis of each product andbrand.
    • Supportin Handle product homologationissue.
    • Supportin Handle product training and test driveevent.

    PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS ANDCHARACTERISTICS:

    • Bachelors Degree in Automotive Engineering or any relatedfield.
    • Minimumof 5 years product work experience in Automotiveindustry.
    • Abilityto work in collaboration with crossfunctionalteams.
    • Demonstratedability to develop a strategic productplan.
    • Understandingboth internal and external problems and finding innovativesolutions for the broadermarket.
    • Workingefficiently in a demanding collaborative global organisation andeffectively interacting with technical teams and businessstakeholders in several internationallocations.
    • Communicatingcrossfunctionally and across management levels in formal andinformal settings both in person and inwriting.
    • Goodwritten and spoken communication skills inEnglish.


    A minimum of 5 years experience in Automotive as Regional ProductManager
