    Description
    • Prepare accurate and timelyfinancial statements, including income statements, balance sheets,and cash flow statements.
    • Manage and ensuretimely VAT filings in compliance with localregulations.
    • Maintain and reconcile petty cashaccounts, ensuring transparency andaccuracy.
    • Oversee procurement activities,including vendor selection, negotiation, and procurement processmanagement.
    • Prepare and maintain all necessarydocumentation for external audits, including liaising with auditorsand providing requested information.
    • Assist indocumenting financial information and reports required by banks forcredit facilities and loans.
    • Collaborate in thedevelopment and monitoring of budgets and forecasts, providinginsights into financial performance.
    • Analysefinancial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations forimproving financial performance.
    • Ensurecompliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and companypolicies.
    • Leverage your construction industryexperience to address industry-specific accounting challenges andopportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance, or a relatedfield.
    • Minimum of 7 years of progressiveaccounting experience.
    • Certified PublicAccountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is aplus.
    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting,VAT regulations, and accountingprinciples.
    • Proficiency in accounting softwareand MS Excel.
    • Experience in the constructionindustry is mandatory.
    • Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills.
    • Detail-oriented withstrong organizational and time managementabilities.
    • Effective communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
    • Pakistani/Indian nationals will be givenfirst preference.
