    Position Overview:

    demands an experienced and detailoriented professional who will oversee project schedules budgets

    Manager will collaborate closely with project managers engineering teams and stakeholders to optimize
    project performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Planning:
    Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to develop comprehensive project
    plans outlining schedules milestones and resource requirements.
    Ensure that project plans align with organizational goals and client expectations.


    • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets monitor expenditures and identify potential cost overruns.
    Collaborate with finance and project management teams to optimize budget utilization.


    • Resource Allocation: Work closely with project managers to allocate resources efficiently considering project
    requirements and timelines.
    Ensure that the project teams have the necessary resources to meet project objectives.


    • Schedule Monitoring: Implement robust schedule monitoring mechanisms to track project progress against established
    timelines.
    Identify and address any deviations from the project schedule promptly.


    • Risk Management: Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    Regularly assess project risks and update risk management plans as needed.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Project Management Engineering or a related field.
    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.

    Experience:
    Minimum of 58 years of experience in project control or project management roles preferably in
    the water treatment or related industry.
    Proven experience in successfully managing project budgets schedules and resources.

    Skills & Abilities:
    Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy.
