Accountable for a variety ofcomplex deliverables throughout the lifecycle of aproject
Accountable for briefing the team onthe project scope to ensure roles and responsibilities areunderstood
Manages the resources on a projectand within the established budget
Monitors andmanages the performance of Project Surveyors and other directreports
Functioning as a Deputy Project Manageron APIC on at least one active project
Assistswith managing project services and projects using APIC and othersystems as relevant
Ensures all deliverablescomply with the PDS
Complies with all QArequirements
Benchmarks projectdata

Experience: Minimum 5years

Qualifications:

Bachelorof Science in Quantity Surveying and/or Engineering (or equivalent)from an accredited, internationally recognized institution orUniversity.
Working towards MRICS or equivalentaccreditation preferred
