    :

    We arelooking for entry-level (no experience) and experienced cardiacAnalysis Technicians to join our Clinical Services team who arepassionate about ECG interpretation and helping cardiac patientsthrough our innovative remote patient monitoring body sensortechnologies. The right individuals will join a multi-faceted andfast-paced environment with many career advancement opportunities.Primary duties include, but are not limited to, learning how tointerpret ECG arrhythmias, and analyzing cardiac patient data andrelated algorithm findings from Carnation Ambulatory Monitors(CAMs) to produce high-quality cardiac monitoring reports for ourclinical customers.

    Duties AndResponsibilities
    • Process, analyze, interpret, and editECG cardiac data for clinical accuracy andcompleteness.
    • Identify and effectivelycommunicate ECG abnormalities that meet established notificationcriteria.
    • Build CAM reports including summaryof findings and applicable ECG strips according to establishedstandards.
    • Achieve and maintain monthly metricgoals for quality and productivity.
    • Maintaincompliance with job-specific proficiency requirements including butnot limited to a CRAT or CCT certification through CardiovascularCredentialing International (CCI).
    • Receivedetailed feedback and evaluation scores from Internal ReviewTechnicians on every ECG report prepared. Review feedback regularlyand make necessary report corrections asdelegated.
    • Under direction of assignedElectrophysiology Mentor, participate in assigned technician groupto request clarification and assistance on difficult ECGinterpretations and/or following policies and procedures forworkflow.
    • Submit confirmation requests toexpert analysis team to confirm advanced ECG interpretations andany ECG data that may meet established notificationcriteria.
    • Working overtime as needed tomaintain workflow objectives and ensure the quality and timelinessof ECG reporting.

    RequiredQualifications

    • High school diploma orequivalent
    • Must pass the ECG Training Courseupon hire with a 75% or better and/or pass the Pre-Employment ECGExam prior to employment.
    • Must pass the BDxSoftware Training Course upon hire.
    • Must obtainCRAT or CCT certification within 12 months of hire date if notalready certified.
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
    • Excellentattention-to-detail.
    • Phenomenal work ethic anddesire to provide high quality outcomes (reports) to our customersand

    patients.

    • Must be able to balanceteam/individual responsibilities and contribute to a positive teamculture.

    PreferredQualifications

    • Some college coursework or ECGcertification preferred.
    • Zero (0) to three (3)years of ECG interpretation experience with in-depth arrhythmiaknowledge and skill preferred.
    • Prior experienceas a Holter, Event, or Telemetry technician in an ambulatorymonitoring setting preferred.
    • Current CRAT orCCT certification preferred.
    • Prior knowledge ofmedical terminology specific to Cardiology and Electrophysiologypreferred.
