We are looking for a commercially driven
Campus Manager
to lead a KHDA-permitted vocational training institute in Dubai. This is a high-impact role that blends academic leadership with business development, sales, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive enrollments, maximize revenue, and ensure full compliance with KHDA regulations for Private Training Institutes (PTIs).
This role requires a strategic thinker with technical expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a robust network in the UAE education and corporate training landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Management
- Develop and execute strategies to boost student enrollments and secure corporate training contracts.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs, ensuring revenue and enrollment targets are met or exceeded.
- Analyze admissions funnels, lead conversion, and marketing ROI to optimize performance.
- Take corrective actions proactively to ensure consistent revenue growth and profitability.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports on revenue, sales performance, and institutional growth metrics for senior management.
KHDA Compliance & Governance
- Ensure complete compliance with KHDA regulations, permit conditions, and quality standards.
- Manage approvals for programs, trainers, and permits, including renewals.
- Oversee student documentation, attendance tracking, and certification processes.
- Serve as the primary liaison during KHDA inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Ensure marketing and promotional activities meet KHDA guidelines.
Academic & Operational Leadership
- Oversee curriculum implementation in line with approved course structures.
- Ensure trainers meet all qualification and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement internal SOPs aligned with UAE compliance frameworks.
- Maintain continuous audit readiness and drive institutional quality improvement initiatives.
Team & Performance Management
- Lead and inspire admissions, sales, academic, and administrative teams to achieve targets.
- Set KPIs, conduct structured performance evaluations, and implement incentive programs tied to revenue and enrollments.
- Build a high-performance, compliance-driven, and growth-oriented institutional culture.
Mandatory Requirements
- Master's Degree in Engineering (attested and recognized in the UAE).
- PhD in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing a vocational or technical training institute in the UAE.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales, enrollments, and revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of KHDA regulations and PTI compliance processes.
- Experience managing regulatory inspections and audits.
- Strong financial, operational, and team leadership skills.
