    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Act as the direct andmain point of contact with consumers, clients, carriers, andinternal operations.
    • Manage high volume ofinbound and outbound call and e-mail inquiries andfollow-ups.
    • Process new requests, quotations,bookings, invoices, etc.
    • Schedule outbound andinbound shipments and update input and complete freightdocumentation.
    • Provide updates to customersregarding shipments, orders, etc. via e-mail or verbalcall.
    • Assist with the communications withcarriers when issues arise.
    • Providerecommendations and alternate solutions to assist and meet customerrequirements.
    • Compile and submit accurate,regular and timely reports as requested.
    • Keepcommunication flowing with the customers to ensure highest customerservice.

    Skills

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree inany relevant field.
    • Minimum of 5 years ofexperience as a Customer Service professional in Supply Chain andLogistics.
    • Experience and background inSAP/Oracle system.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Flexible and ability tothrive in a fast-paced workenvironment.
    • Available to joinimmediately.
