    Description

    KeyResponsibilities

    Customer Service:

    • Greet the customers and assist themin selecting the right product.
    • Convert thewindow shoppers to ultimate buyers.
    • Promote theClub Apparel Loyalty Program of the company for repeatsales
    • Serve Customers with the higheststandards and follow the company guideline of selling ( GUEST– Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell,Thank)
    • Must be updated about the various brandsof the group for suggestive selling to the customers Grooming /Attitude / Knowledge
    • Must be presentable andwell-groomed at all the times
    • Flexible to workfor extended hours during the Sale period
    • Mustpossess up to date product knowledge and ensure minimal stockloss.
    • Flexible to work for extended hoursduring the Sale period.

    Merchandise:

    • Ensure all stock is laid out anddisplayed in order to attract customers and also as per standardlayout norms
    • Ensure all VM guidelines arefollowed and all Stock Norms on clearance aremaintained.
    • Record the inventory inward /outward and maintain the report of the sameProcess
    • Handle the POS (Point of Sale) /Billing Counter efficiently
    • Tally money in thecash till during the beginning / end of theshifts
    • Issue receipts / refunds / change to thecustomers correctly
    • Process the payments bycash / credit cards / vouchers / automaticdebits
    • Ensure awareness and vigilance at alltimes of security in the store without anynegligence
    • Must be flexible to work for variedshifts and overtime as per the businessrequirement
    • Adhere to SOP & LossPrevention Policies
    • Maintain confidentiality ofthe sales figures to the outsideparty
