    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Communicatesales plans and targets to the Shop/Department team, monitorperformance on an ongoing basis, and suggest corrective actions tohierarchy when needed
    • Assign routine andnon-routine tasks and assist in the schedule preparation for theSales Associates,
    • Cashiers and Coordinators(when applicable) and ensure that activities are carried out in themost efficient manner
    • Greet customers andensure that they are served by shop staff in a timely manner and incompliance with quality and customer servicestandards
    • Report occurring operational issuesand handle customer complaints in in a timely manner, suggestsolutions or escalate them as appropriate in order to ensureoperational effectiveness and customersatisfaction
    • Handle or assist theShop/Department Manager in handling the maintenance of inventoriesand placement of product orders to ensure effective stockmanagement and availability ofproducts
    • Motivate team members and provide themwith the necessary support in terms of training and development inorder to optimize sales results
    • Supervise theOpening process of the shop in order to ensure that all setprocedures regarding petty cash, reporting, systems, etc. arerespected

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor'sDegree
    • 1 - 2 years of experience in amanagerial role; experience in retail is aplus
    • Good product knowledge and understandingof store operating procedures
    • Proficiency in MSOffice
    • Fluency inEnglish
    • Deep product knowledge across alldepartments
