    Description

    One of the hightechhealthcare facilities is the regions biggest private referralhospital offering effective medical care in a professional andcaring environment is looking for Internal MedicineConsultant.

    An Internal MedicineConsultant is a senior physician specializing in the diagnosistreatment and management of adult patients with a wide range ofmedical conditions. They provide comprehensive medical careincluding preventive care diagnosis treatment and followup topatients presenting with complex medical issues. Internal MedicineConsultants often work in hospitals clinics or academic medicalcenters collaborating with other healthcare professionals todeliver highquality patientcare.


    Conduct thoroughmedical evaluations including historytaking physical examinationsand review of diagnostic tests to diagnose and assess
    patients medicalconditions.
    Interpretdiagnostic tests such as laboratory tests imaging studies andbiopsies to aid in diagnosis and treatmentplanning.
    Develop andimplement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patientsspecific needs medical history andpreferences.
    Prescribemedications therapies and interventions to manage acute and chronicmedical conditionseffectively.
    Monitor patientsresponses to treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary tooptimize outcomes.
    Manage chronicmedical conditions such as diabetes hypertension heart disease andrespiratory disorders through ongoing monitoring
    education and lifestyleinterventions.
    Providecounseling and support to patients on disease management medicationadherence and lifestyle modifications to improve overall health
    andwellbeing.
    Promotepreventive care measures including immunizations cancer screeningsand lifestyle modifications to prevent the onset or progression of
    diseases and promote optimalhealth.
    Educate patientsabout preventive health strategies risk factors for common diseasesand the importance of regular healthscreenings.
    Collaborate withother healthcare professionals including specialists nursestherapists and pharmacists to coordinate patient care and ensure
    comprehensive treatmentplans.
    Consult withcolleagues and specialists on complex cases to obtain additionalexpertise and ensure the best possible outcomes forpatients.
    Provide medicaleducation and training to medical students residents and fellowsthrough lectures case discussions and clinicalsupervision.
    Stay updatedwith the latest advancements in internal medicine through ongoingmedical education research and participation in professional
    conferences andseminars.
    Maintainaccurate and uptodate medical records including patient historiesexamination findings treatment plans and progress notes in
    compliance with regulatory standards and institutionalpolicies.
    Participate inquality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient caresafety and satisfaction within the healthcarefacility.
    Identifyopportunities for improving clinical processes implementingevidencebased practices and reducing medicalerrors.



    Requirements

    ExperienceFrom US (Board) Canada (Royal College Fellowship) UK (CCT) Ireland(CSD CSCST) Australia &NZ (Fellowship) France (DES DESC)And Other European Countries According to The QualificationEquivalence Tables of the UAEMOH.
    Minimum 2 to 3 yearsexperience in a hospital environment Western and Asian countriesexperience is preferred.
    Asians with Gulf experience ispreferred.
    Proficiency inMicrosoft Office suite
    Fluencyin written and spokenEnglish
    MOH registeredPreferred
    Ability to multitaskprioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fastpacedenvironment.
    Willing to workflexible hours as and whenrequired

    Languages EnglishArabicPreferred
