    Description

    What's OnYour Plate?

    • On the basis of brand research anddata, you will be responsible to devise brand plans and inspire theeffective execution across all operating markets with the aim tomeet the set out brand objectives (for e.g. increase top of mind,strengthen brand preference)
    • By working withinternal and external creative agencies, you will be responsiblefor developing powerful creative concepts that bring to life a wellcrafted story for the sub brand talabat mart as well as the generalQcommerce vertical with the aim to fundamentally strengthen themaster brand but also differentiate by building out uniqueattributes to be able to attract new audiences that the masterbrand is unable to tap into due to existingperceptions.
    • As the regional brand manager forthe Qcommerce vertical, you will also work closely with the productand customer experience team to further enhance brand considerationand preference.
    • You will be responsible todevelop and overlook the activation of brand building contentstrategies and playbooks that the local markets can tap into as away to activate the talabat mart brandeffectively.
    • You will work closely with yourregional counterparts in the Marketing Planning team and Qcommerceteam
    • You will engage in local market visitswith a focus on fostering successful relationship with the localmarketing teams offering support and guiding them in theirlocalisation efforts when it comes to activate the brandplans
    • You will be the brand and contentcustodian ensuring alignment with the overarching brand guidelinesis met by conducting frequent audits
    • You willmonitor, analyze and report brand performance specific to thetalabat mart brand as well as the overall Qcommercevertical.

    What you need to besuccessful

    WhatDid We Order?

    • You have 10+ years of experience inbrand management, ideally in a fast paced regional environmentwithin an FMCG brand or alternatively gained FMCG brand experiencefrom an roles within agencies
    • You showcasecreativity and can solve brand and consumer relatedproblems
    • It would be preferable if you haveworked with creative agencies and have created memorable andeffective ads and campaigns
    • You understand thatrelevant content to the right person at the right time can be agame changer
    • You deliver high quality executionand ensure that your work meets the globalbenchmarks
    • You understand consumer/brandresearch and can derive actions from it. Conducting and analyzingown research is a plus
    • A collaborative teamplayer
    • You are a persuasive and confidentcommunicator - both written and verbal.
    • You arefluent in English. Arabic is anadvantage.
