    As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in driving the companys growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector.

    Leveraging your industry knowledge and proven sales skills you will work closely with potential clients to understand their logistics needs propose tailored solutions and foster strong relationships that lead to successful partnerships.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Identify target and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding industry in Dubai and the surrounding regions.
    Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation prospecting and networking efforts.
    Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and customer needs.
    Collaborate with the operations team to design and present innovative and costeffective logistics solutions to clients.
    Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
    Negotiate pricing terms and contracts while adhering to company guidelines and profitability targets.
    Develop and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    Monitor and report on sales performance metrics providing regular updates to management.
    Stay uptodate with industry regulations and compliance standards that affect international freight forwarding.
    Represent the company at industry events trade shows and seminars to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client contracts and maintain a high level of service quality.


    Qualifications and Skills:
    Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience within the freight forwarding or logistics industry in Dubai.
    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
    Strong understanding of international freight forwarding processes regulations and supply chain management.
    Exceptional communication and negotiation skills both written and verbal.
    Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Selfmotivated proactive and resultsoriented mindset.
    Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
    Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
    Bachelors degree in Business Logistics or a related field is preferred.
