    Corporate Affairs Office Assistant - Sharjah, United Arab Emirates - Skyline HR International

    Description
    • Keeping CHEDS (Center for HigherEducation Data and Statistics) details andrecords.
    • Manage and maintain the CorporateAffairs Office's calendar, scheduling appointments andcoordinating meetings.
    • Screen and prioritizeincoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timelyresponses and follow-ups.
    • Prepare and editdocuments, presentations, reports, and other materials for internaland external distribution.
    • Maintain and updatethe Corporate Affairs Office's filing systems, ensuringaccuracy and accessibility ofinformation.
    • Serve as a liaison between theCorporate Affairs Office and internal/external stakeholders,addressing inquiries and providing information asneeded.
    • Conduct research, gather data, andprepare reports on various topics as directed by the CorporateAffairs Office.
    • Assist in the planning andexecution of the university/corporate events such as conferences,seminars, training, and meetings.
    • Handleconfidential and sensitive information with discretion, maintainingthe highest level ofconfidentiality.
    • Coordinate travelarrangements, including booking flights, hotels, andtransportation, for the Corporate AffairsOffice.
