    Description
    • Investigate and analyze investmentdeals on behalf of Majid Al FuttaimProperties
    • Follow up and gather all inputs fromdifferent business units and prepare presentations for the reviewof the Director of Investments
    • Conduct simpleinvestment screening of investment opportunities and projects alsocreate and update portfolio valuationmodels
    • Participate the investment process ofnew investments against the value creationplan.
    • Prepare materials for investmentcommittees: valuation of real estate assets, cash flowmodels
    • Review potential opportunities for JointVenture & investment partnership or any other types ofproject funding and financial restructuring investments and preparefinancial analysis for it
    • Support assetmanagement activities throughout the investment lifecycle includingtracking and improving performance dashboards and developingadditional reports relevant tomanagement
    • Participate in preparation ofgo/no-go decision for bidding also support in due diligencematters.

    Requirements

    • 1-2 years' experience ininvestment banking
    • Bachelor's degree inany related field - CFA is a plus
    • Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills - Very goodanalytical & reporting skills
    • Solidunderstanding of fundamental concepts and theories in regard toinvestment and asset management
    • Studied or tookany internship abroad in UK orFrance
    • Experienced ideally gathered ininvestment banking, strategic consultancy, asset management orprivate equity .
