    JobTitle: Digital Architect

    JobPurpose:

    The Digital Architectrole involves conceptualizing designing and overseeing theimplementation of digital solutions. This role requires acombination of technical expertise strategic thinking and a deepunderstanding of business objectives. The candidate will beresponsible for shaping and guiding the implementation of digitallandscape ensuring that digital initiatives are strategicallyaligned technologically robust and contribute to the overallsuccess of the business.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    The keyaccountabilities of the Digital Architectinclude:

    1. DigitalStrategy Development: Align with Business Goals andwork closely with business stakeholders to understand theirobjectives and develop a digital strategy that supports andenhances thosegoals.
    2. ArchitectureDesign: Collaborate with architects developers andbusiness partners to design enterprise applications includingdesign of User Interface (UI) components internal/external webservices content management (CMS) Customer Identity & AccessManagement (CIAM) Chatbots and database interactions and 3rd partycloud solutions.
    3. Web & MobileDesign: Define Mobile and Web applicationarchitecture within the Web & Mobile domain. Define designguidelines and best practices for Web & Mobile Systems ofEngagement with particular focus on the advisor and client personasand experience across differentdevices
    4. Architecture Artifacts:Produce architecture artefacts including diagramsand blueprints and reviews with Lead Architects and the key digitalprogram stakeholders using appropriate tools andtechnologies.
    5. UIExperience: Ensure that the digital architectureprioritizes a positive user experience and aligns with userinterface (UI) designprinciples.
    6. TechnologySelection: Evaluate and recommend Technologies stayupdated on emerging technologies assess their relevance to theorganization and recommend the adoption of suitabletechnologies.
    7. Integration andInteroperability: Develop strategies for integratingdigital solutions with existing systems and technologies to ensurea seamless and interoperable digitalecosystem.
    8. Innovation:Identify opportunities for leveraging digital technologies to driveinnovation and competitiveadvantage.
    9. Secure byDesign: Implement robust security measures toprotect digital assets data and userprivacy.
    10. DataArchitecture: Design effective data architecture tomanage and leverage data for analytics reporting anddecisionmaking.
    11. ComplianceStandards: Ensure that digital solutions adhere toindustry regulations and compliancestandards.
    12. Lead DigitalInitiatives: Provide leadership for digital projectscollaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure successfulprojectdelivery.

    CollaborateAcross Teams: Work closely with development teamsdata scientists UX/UI designers and other stakeholders to ensurealignment with digitalarchitecture.

    Qualification andExperience:

    • Bachelorsdegree in a relevant field (Computer Science Engineering Businessetc.) or equivalent work experience.
    • Experiencedesigning/developing mobile web sites & mobile applications(Android iOS) experience with React Native HTML5 .NET programmingis a plus
    • Experience with high trafficselfservice Mobile Apps and Websites
    • Experiencewith architecting and designing CIAM platforms &processes
    • Define the technology vision andArchitecture roadmap for digital marketing capabilities experiencewith Sprinklr is a plus
    • Experience in thecreation of solutions for targeted marketing to consumers via3rdparty channels including social media
    • StrongSolution Architecture experience including development of technicalarchitecture documents
    • Deliver roadmap/projectreports and routine status updates to management andstakeholders
    • Monitor current and future trendsin the ecommerce web mobile and digital marketing space that willinfluence internal software direction in thefuture
