    Have you have experience working in the Cannabis industry? Do you have an exceptional work ethic, are attentive to details, and are always able to arrive on time ready to give 100%? If so, Viridian Staffings Client is looking for temporary part time Cannabis Cultivation Technicians to work 2-3 days/week at their production facility in the Longview, Washington, You should be eager to be a part of a thriving Cannabis For individuals who do a great job, there is the potential to be hired on in a full-time permanent role Your duties could include anything from transplanting and watering to trimming, pruning, cleaning, and ;

    Requirements:

    • Fundamental knowledge and open to learning skills in harvesting, including drying, trimming, curing,
    • Willingness to keep a clean and organized work environment
    • Dedication to keeping the facility 100% compliant with applicable laws and regulations at all times
    • Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 10 hours/day
    • Ability to be in an indoor space with cannabis plants and lighting up to 10 ;
    • Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands
    • Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures
    • Attention to detail
    • Willingness to take direction and constructive feedback
    • Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds
    • Proven work ethic and reliable transportation
    • Ability to arrive on time (Shifts usually start at 8 am )
    • Ability to work for a licensed cannabis operation in the State of Washington, which includes being at least 21 years of age

    Pay Rate Range: $17-$19/hour
