- Performance Management: Implement and manage a performance appraisal system to ensure that employees are provided with constructive feedback and performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- HR Management Systems: Utilize HR management systems to streamline HR processes, manage employee data, and generate reports for strategic decision-making.
- Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the finance department to manage compensation and benefits programs and ensure they are competitive within the UAE job market.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the workplace complies with health and safety regulations and policies, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Legal Compliance: Keep updated with changes in labor laws, HR regulations, and best practices, and ensure the company's adherence to them.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, with a strong understanding of UAE mainland HR processes and regulations.
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in HR management systems and software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Solid knowledge of compensation and benefits practices in the UAE.
- Adept at maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Preference will be for UAE national.s
