    Description
    1 Financial Accounting andReporting

    • Oversee the daytodayfinancial accounting operations including general ledgeraccounts
    payable accountsreceivable HR & payroll purchase order and financialstatement
    preparation.

    • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions andmaintain uptodate
    financialrecords.

    • Prepare and analyzefinancial statements reports and schedules in accordancewith
    accounting standards andregulatoryrequirements.

    2UAE Taxation Compliance

    • Maintain a thorough understanding of UAE taxation laws andregulations including Value
    AddedTax (VAT) regulations.

    • Ensurecompliance with all taxrelated obligations including timely filingof VAT returns
    payment of taxesand adherence to VATrelateddeadlines.

    • Keep uptodate withchanges in tax laws and regulations and communicate updates tothe
    managementteam.

    • Identify possible taxrisks and propose solution for tax risksmitigations.
    3Communication with Federal Tax Authority(FTA)

    • Serve as the primarypoint of contact for communication with the FTA regardingtaxrelated
    matters.

    • Coordinate and respond to any inquiries requests or audits from theFTA in a timely and
    accuratemanner.

    • Stay updated on FTAguidelines announcements and reporting requirements toensure
    compliance.

    4Tax Return Execution

    • Prepareand execute accurate and timely tax returns ensuring adherence toFTA guidelines
    anddeadlines.

    • Conduct taxcalculations reconciliations and analyses to ensure the accuracy oftaxreturn
    filings.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data anddocumentation for taxreturn
    preparation.


    5Financial Controls andCompliance:

    • Establish andenforce robust financial controls and procedures to ensurecompliance with
    accountingstandards and regulatoryrequirements.

    • Conduct regularinternal audits to identify any potential noncompliance issuesand
    implement correctiveactions.

    • Liaise with internaland external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliancewithaudit
    requirements.


    6Financial Analysis and PlanningSupport:

    • Provide financialanalysis insights and recommendations to support budgetingforecasting
    and strategic planningprocesses.

    • Assist in thepreparation of financial reports and presentations for managementand
    stakeholders.

    Requirements

    Knowledgeof UAE taxation laws and regulations including VATregulations
    Knowledge of taxreturns and handling communication with the Federal Tax Authority(FTA)
    Knowledge of accountingprinciples financial reporting and regulatorycompliance
    Ability to interpretcomplex financial data and provide actionable insights
    Knowledge of financial controlsinternal audit and risk managementpractices
    Communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaboratewith stakeholders at all levels
    Knowledge of the UAEs business and regulatoryenvironment
