    We are ahigh performance team who uses a hyperfocused approach encompassingthe usage of extensive data analysis and market research to ensurethe most robust results on commercial prerogatives. Qlubs expansionteam has a dynamic mission to drive complete demand for paymentsfacilitated through NFC Tap/QR code scanning and increase adoptionwithin restaurants for ultra fast paymentsolutions.

    As a Business Development Manageryoull be responsible for:

    • As a BDM atQlub you are a hunter with an existing strong network oftableservice restaurants and significant lead generation andclosing skills
    • You are responsible for growingthe user base community by onboarding new restaurants to ourplatform
    • You generate your own leads and canalso manage your SDR team to help you identify key decision makersarrange meetings and assist partners from the initiation of firstcontact until fully operational taking full ownership of your salesfunnel
    • You spend most of your time talking torestaurant owners waiters and restaurant managers more often thannot face to face in Abu Dhabi
    • You build andgenerate insights from lead generation and sales reports to improveour sales processes and key metrics like conversionrate
    • You work closely with our onboarding teamto ensure onboarding can happen as fast aspossible
    • You spend 1020% of your time accountmanaging the key accounts you closed to increase adoption andidentify opportunities for further growth
    • Yousupport management with important strategic insights andrecommendations based on reports & industrytrends

    What We Are LookingFor

    • Fluency in English is a must andArabic would be an advantage
    • In depth knowledgeof financial services / SAAS /Payments
    • Significant network of decision makersin the tableservice restaurant industry in UAE that you canleverage and target immediately
    • Experience insales and/or account management for B2B tech in the hospitalityindustry
    • Strong entrepreneurial spirit you wantto build something big and have a measurable impact for yourefforts. You are selfmotivated and have a resultoriented mindsetyou hustle to get things done and proactively find ways to reachand over achieve your targets
    • Be part of anexciting fastpaced environment where you can grow the business froman earlystage startup into a largeorganization
    • Lead sales with high levels offreedom and responsibility
