    General Description ofRole and Responsibilities:

    • Maintain document processing and document retentionsystems of the project.
    • Retain and be able toretrieve all correspondence reports drawings sketches instructionsminutes of meetings submittals requestsforinformation paymentrequests variations and all project documents.
    • Ensure proper file codes are indicated on each documentand that proper redundant or subject files aremaintained.
    • Ensure all sequential documentsare accounted for and all original documents areretained.
    • Ensure all files are correctly andcompletely accountable.
    • Periodically audit allfiles for inclusions and missing documents.
    • Coordinate all multiplesite correspondence.
    • Facilitate timely provision of requesteddocumentation.
    • Perform other duties asassigned by the line manager/supervisor.

    QualificationsExperience Knowledge and Skills:

    • Diploma in Administration or equivalent.
    • 8 years of experience in administration and documentcontrol areas.
    • Good communication skills withthe ability to concisely compose and explain complex issues todifferent audiences.
    • Excellent team workingskills motivated and productive attitude.
    • Ability to prioritize and undertake various tasks with apositive flexible attitude and willingness to learn.
    • Computer literate in Microsoft Office applicationsincluding Excel and Word.
    • Excellent commandof written and spoken English.
    • Able to workunder pressure and tight deadlines.
    • Strongproficiency in Aconex.
    • Experience managing a team ofdocument controllers is a must.
