    EssentialFunctions
    Prepares invoices forentry into QuickBooks (approx weekly)

    Creates itemized statements, bills,invoices, and other necessary billing documents, which may requirecalculation of credit terms

    Gathers pertinentinformation to create invoices

    Ensures billingand receivables are correctly processed in a timely manner usingQuickBooks

    Addresses and corrects anydiscrepancies in account portfolios, invoices, orbilling.

    Summarizes current financial statusby collecting information and preparing outstanding customer andvendor reports.

    Support Billing team to entervendor payment terms to match the due dates with the paymentcycle.

    Work in Excel to maintain spreadsheetsand track billing status/progress

    Maintainscustomer confidence and protects operations by keeping financialinformation confidential.

    Performs otherrelated duties, as assigned.
