    The Role

    A French publisher accredited underthe TechGouv program of the French Interministerial Digital AffairsDirectorate (DINUM) the company offers a newgeneration BusinessIntelligence software platform that combines modern Data Governancecapabilities with all the possibilities of DataViz modeRestitutions.

    It includes all Self BI tools from managementdashboards to research manager queries and Agile operationalreporting as well as multidimensional analyses and data feed andprocessing tools (Dashboard Report Analyses Chatbot Data CatalogueUsage Data Data Management Query ETL.).

    Were looking for a talentedand experienced Product designer to help us transform the wayorganizations process visualize and interact with data in realtime.

    Product designers at Suadeo work in multidisciplinary teamsthroughout the entire product development process.

    You will be astrong advocate of design systems and will work hand in hand withour engineers to achieve this RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Work in closecollaboration with the product managers and engineering teams toconceptualize and deliver new features aligned with business goals.

    Collaborate effectively with an agile multidisciplinary team toevaluate design proposals and defend UX choices in the face oftechnical constraints. Contribute to improving the endtoend designprocess and artifacts (including research ideation user flowswireframes mockups and prototypes). Help to establish a clearvision and roadmap for the design system and actionable guidelinesfor UI design and development. Contribute to improving designquality at Suadeo through your design work mentoring facilitationand workshop skills. Work in quick iterations and distill feedbackefficiently.

    Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS: 4 years of experience asa Product Designer UX Designer Interaction designer or similar rolewith accompanying experience in visual/graphic design. Experiencedesigning at fastpaced B2B SaaS companies delivering customer valuequickly to the market. Solid understanding of product designfundamentals and proficiency in Figma Ability to build componentsin Figma manage a Figma component library and educate others on howto use these tools efficiently. A positive attitude excellentcommunication skills and can clearly articulate your vision andrationale verbally and through written form. Ability to beautonomous and take initiative and ownership of projects whilecollaborating with crossfunctional partners and other designers.

    Have a portfolio that demonstrates a firm grasp of visual designthe ability to solve challenging user problems and experiencecreating design assets in aggressive product development cycles.

    Berigorous dynamic detailoriented with an openminded attitude andgreat motivation to learn and grow in product conception anddesign. Always on the lookout for new trends new tools and generalinnovation in the design world. Fluency in English (Frenchappreciated)


    EDUCATION:
    University Level Degree (preferred inEngineering or IT) / Masters in Information Technology
