HR Administrative Assistant - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Immigo Consultancy
Description
The main responsibilities will include:
- Operational support to Operation
- Overall coordination with the departments
- Document controlling
- Assist the HR & Admin Manager to fulfil any tasks and help with the data entry jobs.
- Monitoring adherence to policies and processes throughout the company.
- Degree in Business Administration or a similar field
- Min 3 5 years proven experience as Admin Assistant, Admin Clerk role
- Experience working in operation & safety teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good computer skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Pay:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
