Description

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Operational support to Operation
  • Overall coordination with the departments
  • Document controlling
  • Assist the HR & Admin Manager to fulfil any tasks and help with the data entry jobs.
  • Monitoring adherence to policies and processes throughout the company.
  • Degree in Business Administration or a similar field
  • Min 3 5 years proven experience as Admin Assistant, Admin Clerk role
  • Experience working in operation & safety teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good computer skills
- familiar with the company database and proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Pay:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
