    • Develop and implement Pilates classes and programs tailored to the needs of individual clients
    • Provide safe and effective instruction to clients of all levels and abilities
    • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress and modify programs as needed
    • Maintain accurate client records and attendance
    • Create a positive and encouraging environment for clients
    • Adhere to facility policies and procedures

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a certified Pilates instructor
    • Knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and Pilates
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to motivate and encourage clients
    • Professional and positive attitude
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Must be female
