    Description
    • Offer consistently professional,friendly, warm, and engaging service
    • Ensureguests are greeted appropriately upon arrival in a warmmanner
    • Open car doors for arriving anddeparting guests and escort them to thelobby
    • Forward all guest complaints or problemsto the manager on duty
    • Ensure that an effectivehandover is made between dutyshifts
    • Demonstrate a complete understanding ofthe hotel's policies and procedures and service standardsand have full knowledge of the hotel facilities and happenings atall times
    • Establish, promote and maintain goodpublic relations while meeting or exceeding guestexpectations.

    Qualifications

    • Alreadybased in the United Arab Emirates
    • Previousexperience in a similar role will be an addedadvantage
    • Ability to work well with others in aguest and team-focused environment
    • Verbal andwritten English language proficiency is required, with a secondlanguage helpful
    • Ability to stand on your feetfor several hours
