- Conduct comprehensive ESG assessments for clients to identify key sustainability issues and opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored ESG strategies aligned with their business objectives.
- Extensive experience in writing detailed ESG plans on sustainability and working with clients' reporting teams to analyze existing ESG situations and delivering actions towards ESG requirements based on GRI, UN Global Compact, SDG actions etc
- Engage with various stakeholders, including investors, employees, customers, and communities, to understand their expectations and concerns regarding ESG matters.
- Facilitate dialogues between clients and stakeholders to build positive relationships and address ESG issues proactively.
- Stay abreast of ESG-related regulations and frameworks to ensure clients' and SynESGy's compliance with evolving standards.
- Advise clients on best reporting and disclosure practices, including preparing sustainability reports.
- Analyze environmental, social, and governance data to provide insights into performance, identify trends, and benchmark against industry peers.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor ESG initiatives and track progress over time.
- Assess ESG-related risks and opportunities within the broader business context.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to enhance organizational resilience.
- Work closely with colleagues in various departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to integrate ESG considerations into overall business strategies.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as sustainability certification bodies and industry associations, to leverage collective expertise.
- Work with CRIF's internal team and partners to continuously develop SynESGy.
- Support pre-sales efforts with the Head of Supply Chains that are prospects for SynESGy.
- Define strategies to push and make SynESGy more visible in the market.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., sustainability, environmental science, business, finance).
- Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, GRI, SASB) preferred.
- Proven experience in ESG consulting, sustainability management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry-specific ESG challenges and best practices.
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Adaptable and able to navigate ambiguity.
