    Description

    Ourclient is looking for an external sales representative to beresponsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Dutieswill include sales presentations and product demonstrations, aswell as negotiating contracts with potential clients. In order tobe successful in this role, you will need to have a deepunderstanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superbinterpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is anadvantage.

    Duties&Responsibilities:

    • Contactclients to understand their requirements and work on a salesplan.
    • Provideafter-sales support to retaincustomers.
    • Ensureprompt and accurate answers to clientsqueries.
    • Buildstrong client relationships, through regularcommunication.
    • Reporton the status of customeraccounts.
    • Suggestcompany products/services that maximize clientsatisfaction.
    • Coordinatewith Account Executives and Account Managers to create customizedsales plans for keyclients.
    • Promotenew products/services to existingcustomers.
    • Coreresponsibility would be to cultivate newbusiness.
    • Conductmarket research to identify selling possibilities and evaluatecustomerneeds.
    • Activelyseek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networkingand socialmedia.
    • Setup meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes andconcerns.
    • Prepareand deliver appropriate presentations on products andservices.
    • Ensurethe availability of stock for sales anddemonstrations.
    • Negotiate/closedeals and handle complaints orobjections.
    • Collaboratewith team members to achieve betterresults.
    • Gatherfeedback from customers or prospects and share with sales teams andmanagement.

    Requirements

    Requirements:
    • Provenexperience as an External SalesExecutive.
    • Technicaldrawing, suspension or mechanical experience would be anadvantage.
    • Understandingof 4x4 vehicles/accessories or relatedindustry.
    • Understandingof sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customerservice.
    • Strong(verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to buildrelationships.
    • Effectivepresentation and negotiationskills.
    • Highdegree ofprofessionalism.
    • Goodtime-management skills with a problem-solvingattitude.
    • Fullyvaccinated for Covid19.
    • Mustbe able to work under pressure and pay attention todetail.
    • Mustbe well spoken andprofessional.
    • Mustbe able to speak English andAfrikaans.
    • Thoroughunderstanding of marketing and negotiatingtechniques.
    • Fastlearner and passion forsales.
    • Self-motivatedwith a results-drivenapproach.
    • Fastlearner and have good problem-solvingskills.
    • Customerservice specialist and target drivenessential.
    • Mustbe computer literate, email / word / excel and needs to be able tospell.
    • Experiencein Pastel would be anadvantage.
    • Musthave a matriccertificate.
    • Validdriverslicense
    • Mustbe credit clear, no ITC problems or Judgements, no criminalrecord.
    • Mustbe independent and anextrovert.


    Requirements: Proven experience as an External Sales Executive.Technical drawing, suspension or mechanical experience would be anadvantage. Understanding of 4x4 vehicles/accessories or relatedindustry. Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliverexcellent customer service. Strong (verbal and written)communication skills with an ability to build relationships.Effective presentation and negotiation skills. High degree ofprofessionalism. Good time-management skills with a problem-solvingattitude. Fully vaccinated for Covid 19. Must be able to work underpressure and pay attention to detail. Must be well spoken andprofessional. Must be able to speak English and Afrikaans. Thoroughunderstanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. Fast learnerand passion for sales. Self-motivated with a results-drivenapproach. Fast learner and have good problem-solving skills.Customer service specialist and target driven essential. Must becomputer literate, email / word / excel and needs to be able tospell. Experience in Pastel would be an advantage. Must have amatric certificate. Valid drivers license Must be credit clear, noITC problems or Judgements, no criminal record. Must be independentand an extrovert.
