Responsibilities

Generaloversight of the project s research activities as carried out atthe different partner institutes
Reporting onproject progress to the EU, based on partner input and with respectto the project s deliverables and milestones, and their timelines
Act as a point of contact for project-relatedquestions, both internal ( EU project officer, consortiumscientists, and their admin) and external ( other researchers,media, and press)
Planning and organization ofproject consortium meetings
Maintaining theproject website content and coordinating social media communication
Report and communicate on ongoing business tothe VIB management, VIB grants office, and the scientific community

Profile

You have a degree in a relevant field such as(bio)medical sciences, biology, informatics, statistics,mathematics, (bio-)engineering), level, or similar by
Background in life science
Prior experience in managing multi-stakeholderscientific projects is considered an advantage
Team player with excellent networking,communication, and people management skills
Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-evolvingenvironment
Diplomatic approach tocoordination, and willing and able to take on a leading role in theproject management
Good English skills, bothoral and written
