    Description
    What You Do

    The incumbent is locally responsible to efficiently and effectively support the Medical Provider network in assigned zones and responsible for special local, regional and global assigned projects.

    The incumbent should perform a wide variety of technical and administrative tasks for the MPM Department to ensure accurate and effective data maintenance, circulation, safekeeping and flow of vital information, procedures and contracts, payer coordination for MPM specific tasks as defined by corporate MPM strategy.

    This Position reports to Assistant Manager / Manager of the assigned region.

    Your key responsibilities:
    • Network gap analysis, identify and enroll the required providers for the business
    • Maintains and periodically monitors valid Medical Provider data, hierarchy, and links for the region and update web interactive portal services.
    • Responsible for compliance, maintenance and updates of Desk top procedures, checklists, DoAP.
    • Responsible to learn and adapt to the company's technical environment and work on all the applicable systems and projects across all Allianz Partners entities.
    • Assist In Provider negotiations as assigned
    • Manages empanelment request from Medical Providers including but not limited to:
      • Receipt, registration, and up-to-date record maintenances with consistent informs in coordination with unit members.
      • Responds to the request and follow up for completion of case file.
      • Concludes Medical contract preparation activities by coordinating for verification and approvals by appropriate levels of authority.
      • Complete the VISP (Vendor Integrity Screening Program) documents for all the providers.
    • Maintain, monitors, and updates the activity records related to MPM but not limited to :
      • Filing of Medical Provider contracts and documents related to MPM Department.
      • Records of Medical tariff revision, inclusion requests and status.
      • Records of defined periodic network Medical Provider location visit in coordination with MPM department members in the predefined format.
      • Record of Compliance and performance management of Medical Providers.
      • Maintain and update all the required trackers/ reports/dashboards required within MPM function
      • Maintain and prepare checklists, Addendums wherever applicable
    • Coordinates with Payers and Medical providers for Bipartite and Tripartite agreements, Gate Keeper Addendums.
    • Participates in specialized projects and assignments related to Medical Provider Management, as required.
    • Upholds the reputation of company, beneficiaries, payers and all other parties involved
    • Negotiate and coordinate for new provider inclusion under the guidance MPM Manager
    • Negotiate the New Services addition within the Standard Pricing Model
    • Closely works with all the departments within the organization to resolve MPM related queries
    • MPM Complaint Management by investigation, closure and escalations as needed
    • Adapt to the entire Allianz Partners Technical Infrastructure within all lines of businesses required to successful delivery of the assigned objectives/tasks.
    • Other activities/ special projects as directed/ assigned by the MPM Manager and Regional Head of MPM MEA from time to time.

    • Ability to collate specific data; using data systems and local tools.
    • Ability to work with a wide diversity of individuals and within a team.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English and Arabic language.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect through all correspondences.
    • Should possess excellent organizational and administration skills.
    • High level of dependability, accountability, and integrity.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Expertise to collaborate and work with internal and external colleagues to successfully complete the defined tasks and provide superior customer service.
    • Physically fit to carry out duties.
    • Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
    • Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills
    • Ability to adapt to change, meet the changing demands of work environments and other unexpected demands.
