    During your tenure as an Assistant Manager in Valuation andModeling you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in thefollowing areas:

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in finance or any relatedfield
    • 6 7 years of experience in financialadvisory public auditing or accounting preferably with Big AuditFirms.
    • International accounting qualificationis desired: CA ACCA or CPA. Preferably CA.
    • Knowledge of best practice reporting and InternationalFinancial Valuation and Modeling
    • Experiencein transaction support valuation due diligence financialrestructuring feasibility studies/projections IPOs.
    • Advanced level of technical proficiency and computerliteracy particularly with spreadsheets (Word ExcelPowerPoint).
    • Supervise staff inspect clientfinancial records compile and analyze data prepare detailed auditreports and resolve accounting research issues.
    • Fluency in English. Preference will be given to Bilingualcandidates (English/Arabic)
