- Proactively manage complexand dynamic calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, andconferences, considering time zones, priorities, and potentialconflicts.
- Coordinate travel arrangements,including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuringefficient and seamless itineraries.
- Organizeand maintain digital and physical files, ensuring documents areeasily accessible and up-to-date.
- Compile andprepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports,collaborating with various departments to gather necessaryinformation.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings,including creating agendas, distributing materials, and recordingminutes when required.
- Arrange conferencerooms, technology, and refreshments as needed to facilitateefficient and productive meetings.
- Establishand maintain positive relationships with internal and externalstakeholders, including clients, partners, andvendors.
- Liaise between the executive andvarious teams, ensuring clear and timelycommunication.
- Assist in the execution ofspecial projects, research assignments, and initiatives, providingresearch, analysis, and administrative support asneeded.
- Handle sensitive and confidentialinformation with the utmost discretion andprofessionalism.
- Maintain a high level ofconfidentiality and integrity in all interactions andtasks.
