    Importante compa a nacional del rubro Alimentos, busca Gerente de TI qui n ser responsable de liderar el proceso de transformaci n digital en las l neas de negocio correspondientes, impulsando el cambio cultural requerido para operar de manera gil, creativa y desafiante. Deber establecer un rumbo claro que le permita movilizar para lograr un cambio sincronizado, integrando las nuevas pr cticas con los m todos y cultura existente.


    Deber dirigir el proceso de dise o, implementaci n y seguimiento de las nuevas experiencias de servicio.



    Requisitos

    Main responsabilities
    • Co-liderar/acompa ar a un equipo multidisciplinario que dise ar , implementar y evaluar las nuevas experiencias de servicio de la empresa, contribuyendo desde su experiencia pr ctica en procesos similares.
    • Responsable de elaborar el roadmap de transformaci n digital. Debe considerar en este proceso una evoluci n de los servicios de la compa a desde el B2B a B2C.
    • Estructurar experiencias personalizadas para los diferentes clientes (internos y externos), aprovechando las mejores pr cticas de la industria para informar recomendaciones.
    • Crear y compartir liderazgo intelectual y perspectiva intersectorial en la empresa.
    • Iniciar relaciones y generar confianza con los clientes internos para elevar el perfil de la Compa a como asesor de confianza a largo plazo.
    • Desarrollar a los miembros junior del equipo en temas de Estrategia y Tecnolog a.
    • Integrar el proceso de innovaci n existente en la organizaci n con el proceso de Transformaci n Digital, permitiendo capturar la innovaci n a tiempo para incluirla en las propuestas a ser trabajadas por el equipo.
    • Foco en Continuidad de Operacional
    • Interactuar con los diferentes l deres para compartir y enriquecer el conocimiento de la organizaci n.

    Professional Skills

    • Ingeniero Civil Industrial, Inform tico o af n.
    • Experiencia de al menos 5 a os en la implantaci n de nuevas tecnolog as que interact en con el consumidor, donde exista relaci n clara y directa entre el mundo f sico y digital.
    • Experiencia en la implementaci n de alg n sistema ERP.
    • Conocimientos en Digitalizaci n e innovaci n.
    • Experiencia en empresas con continuidad operacional y/o empresas productivas.

    Soft Skillis

    • Capacidad anal tica.
    • Liderazgo e influencia.
    • Manejo y tolerancia al trabajo bajo presi n.
