Our clientone of the world s leading sports resorts is looking for aMarketing Specialist from the hospitality sectorto be based in Abu DhabiUAE.

Inthis role the job holder will be responsible for executingmarketing and digital strategies to enhance the company s marketpenetration throughout the Middle East. Overseeing all marketingand digital initiatives and lead ongoing development and analysisto improve customer insights strengthen customer acquisitions andretention efforts improve targeted market campaigns and drivecosteffective strategic businessinitiatives.
Responsibilities

• Develop& execute marketing and digital plans for all campaignspromotions and branding events based onKPI/objectivesset by the company and centralize digital retail team the businessneeds and ad hoc requests from Executivelevels
  
• Communicatingkey objectives and tasks in order to successfully execute theimplementation of marketingcampaigns
  
• Supportin creating the yearly campaigns calendar to be in line with theregional calendar while maintaining localrelevance
  
• Providea breakdown of the annual Marketing budget by allocatingappropriate funds amongst the yearly scheduled campaigns based onthe seasonality of sales and forecasts and other associatedvariables
  
• Partnerwith 3rd parties to develop the content and strategy for the annualMarketingCalendar
  
• Partnerwith the existing clientele for data for the planning of markdownsand adhoc promotions and to identify opportune timing of action andunderperforming products and services that requireendorsement
  
• Providemarketing and consumer insights to ensure that all communicationcreated on a brand level are locallyrelevant
  

Requirements

• Bachelorsdegree or Bachelor in Marketing Business AdministrationCommunications or a related field or equivalent commercialexperience
  
• Minimum4 10 years experience in hospitality and / orsports facilitiesenvironment
  
• Experiencein hospitality is amust.
  
• Excellentleadership skills with experience of driving performance inteams
  
• Abilityto provide honest feedback and constructive criticism to theteam
  
• Organizationaland planning abilities including the ability to deal with/workunder pressure and tightdeadlines
  
• Commercialawareness must have a strong understanding of KeyPerformance
  
• Indicatorsand how they pertain to the success of marketingactivities
