    Description

    EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Requires some training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years related and progressively responsible experience. User requirements and interviewing experience required for the purpose of developing customer solutions.

    MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

    • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage team in the accomplishment of common goals; ability to break down obstacles in the path of project plan
    • Detailed knowledge of applicable programming languages used at Cencora, strong understanding of current technologies
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with solid time management skills
    • Ability to document business requirements
    • Ability to work with a broad customer base to understand their needs
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply applications knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
    • Good interpersonal skills; effective team player
    • Strong decision-making skills
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
    • Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines
    • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
