    Job Description

    The ideal candidate should possess a unique approach to creating Generative AI strategies for ATL Advertising, Social Media and Internal Communication campaigns.

    As a passionate Content Strategist, the candidate will be responsible for shaping the narratives, messaging, insights and content experiences across various communication channels. Your work will involve:

    Gaining a deep understanding of client requirements to effectively guide them through an effective content and brand strategy

    Providing insights and ideas on how Generative AI can be utilized in content strategy to internal clients

    Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and supervise execution of successful content marketing initiatives

    Leveraging AI tools to enhance content strategy and creation

    Staying at the forefront of emerging content trends, both in social media and other communication platforms, and developing strategies around these trends

    Conducting audience research and studying available data to understand what new content to produce and why

    Support in creating and maintaining a workflow as well as developing a content calendar for streamlined content creation

    Audience research and data analysis In addition the candidate should be comfortable devising creative ways to generate copy supported by Generative AI tools, producing novel and unique outcomes. The responsibilities will encompass creating written content across various communication touchpoints, bringing brand storytelling and brand experiences to life through the candidate's work.

    Technical & Product

    Spearhead the exploration of future applications of Generative AI in content strategy and content/copy

    Evaluate Generative AI tools for their efficacy in content strategy and copy

    Foster internal tools, processes and outcomes related to Generative AI adoption

    Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency

    Develop and refine workflows, processes and automations for incorporating Generative AI into content strategy

    Collaborate closely with the creative team to pave the way to conceptualization.

    Present and pitch content strategy concepts to clients, highlighting AI-driven approaches

    Innovative & Analytical Mindset


    • Views knowledge as modular building blocks for imaginative outcomes


    • Recognises the potential of Generative AI in content strategy and and unique written content


    • Embraces curiosity and the unknown


    • Thrives in navigating ambiguity when shaping content strategy

    Qualifications


    • Minimum of 7-9 years of experience


    • Bilingual (AR & EN)


    • Strong target market knowledge


    • Excellent persuasive and presentation skills


    • Research and data analytics skills


    • Organising and structural proficiency


    • Excellent presentation development skills


    •. Ability to Generate sound and distinctive copy/content


    • Agency experience preferred
