    Description

    The consultant will beresponsible for managing and maintaining the procurement (S/4 HANAMM) and Ariba modules providing technical support forprocurementrelated issues and resolving incidents. As part of thiswork the consultant will be expected to identify business painpoints and recurring issues to propose resolutions and to implementthe approved solutions.

    In additionthe consultant will have the opportunity to contribute to theongoing S/4 implementation program. Tasks may include the reviewingof FSDs the completion of testing tasks and the reviewing oftesting evidence. The consultant may also be asked to contribute tofunctional design documents for S2P custom objects andenhancements.

    Requirements

    • Providetechnical support for the procurement and Ariba modules includingtroubleshooting and issue resolution for both endusers andtechnical teammembers.
    • Workclosely with endusers and other stakeholders to understand andaddress their procurementrelated needs. This includes providingrecommendations to improve the procurement process and identifyingareas for systemoptimization.
    • Providesupport for procurement and Aribarelated requests includingassistance with user account management system access and defectsresolution.
    • Workwith technical team members to identify and prioritize requests forsystemenhancements.
    • Manageand maintain procurement and Ariba applications includingconfiguration and customization of the applications to meet theneeds of thebusiness.
    • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to support program delivery effortsincluding testing training and documentation. This includes workingwith the technical team to ensure that the procurement and Aribamodules are properly integrated with other enterprisesystems.
    • Developand maintain technical documentation related to procurement andAriba modules. This includes creating functional specificationdocuments and systemdocumentation.
    • Stayuptodate with industry trends and best practices related toprocurement and Ariba modules. This includes attending trainingsessions and conferences as well as participating in professionaldevelopmentopportunities.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Experience inSAP Ariba upstream deployment projects and template rolloutprojects including knowledge of integration between Ariba and S/4HANA systems (Master Data and transactionaldata)
    • Solidpractical knowledge of S2P business processes including but notlimited to direct & indirect procurement external serviceprocurement subcontracting material requirement planning andautomatic procurement contracts and sourcingmanagement
    • Minimumof 5 years of experience in procurement/ Ariba technical supportandimplementation


    Knowledge of rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors andauxiliaries including associated international codes such as APIand ISO Comprehensive understanding of HE and other regulatorycompliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonalskills Very good knowledge of spoken and written English language.Knowledge of Arabic is preferable. Professional CertificationsCertified Training in RCM Modules preferred. Certified Maintenance& Reliability Professional (CMRP is accredited by the AmericanNational Standards Institute (ANSI) Certified Reliability Engineeraccording to ASQ Vibration Certification - At least Category II(Category III preferred) according to ISO Lube AnalysisCertification - At least Level II Machine Lubricant Analyst (MLA)(Category III preferred).
