    Description

    Our client, awell-known HR platform provider, is looking for Sales Manager. Inthis role you will have the followingresponsibilities:

    • Ensuresecuring new customers and maintaining an undeveloped goodrelationship with existing potential customers accounts as well asnegotiating deals withthem.
    • Buildsbusiness by pursuing new salesprospects.
    • Achievetargets set for contributing and generating revenue for thecompany.
    • Conductand report the minimum number of sales leads set by the managementand transform the minimum of those into a revenue-generatingbusiness.
    • Sellingproducts and services using solid arguments to prospectivecustomers
    • Performingcost-benefit analyses of existing and potentialcustomers
    • Identifypotential customers and register opportunities and relentlesslypursue realization of such opportunities leading to revenue for thecompany.
    • Regularlyvisit existing accounts validating our service levels anddeveloping new revenuestreams.
    • Analyzethe territory/market s potential, track sales and status reportswhile assessing current competitor offerings, seeking opportunitiesfor differentiation while doing the salespitch.
    • Assimilatemarket information and take part in the overall businessdevelopment through monthly salesmeetings.
    • Maintainingactive sales pipeline by actively seeking out new salesopportunities through cold calling, networking, and socialmedia.
    • Participateon behalf of the company in exhibitions orconferences.
    • Gatherfeedback from customers or prospects and share it with internalteams.


    Requirements

    To be considered for this role, you mustmeet the followingcriteria:

    • Four-yearcollege degree from an accreditedinstitution.
    • Minimum3-5 years of sales experience in a business-to business,large/strategic customer segment and Tech productsales.
    • Skilledat working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrixorganization.
    • Exceptionalwriting and editing skills combined with strong presentation andpublic speaking skills.
    • Strongexperience of selling HR Platforms in the GCC market, preferablyKSAmarket.
    • Arecord of target meeting achievement & good domainknowledge
    • Shouldbe willing to travel whenneeded.
    • Proficiencyin English. Arabic speaking is anadvantage.
    • Excellentknowledge of MS Officesuite.
