    Description

    PositionResponsibilities:

    • Experience with eCommerce Hybris operations handlingincluding platform management and fulfillment systems (experiencewith ticketing systems such as JIRA is a plus)
    • Manage ecommerce team allocating tasks and activities ona day to day basis with a view to increasing productivity andsupport the business to maximize customer satisfaction.
    • To oversee and check the work of the team regularly toensure that high quality standards are maintained and assist in thedevelopment of the team members skills.
    • Provide senior management team with consolidated andupdated reports advise them on the way forward
    • Planning and managing ECommerce functions build &align operations with existing procedures
    • Consolidating product portfolio managing productuploading and allocation reviewing stock reports
    • Manage eCommerce business operation activities End to Endand resolve operational or technical issues
    • Reviewing website content and automated procedures formaintenance (category management CMS promotions as perguidelines)
    • Collaborate closely with theonline teams and regional creative agencies keep product updates onschedule and handle promotion set up
    • Manageand publish content in the ecommerce platform for product releaseslanding pages campaigns in alignment with the ContentManager
    • Manage quality assurance of campaignsand product launches
    • Responsible for accuratepublishing of eStore content and product catalogues.
    • Support in planning testing and releasing systemenhancements to the eStore platforms
    • Analyseproduct performance and recommend improvements to increase onlinesales
    • Responsible for promotion setup priceand merchandising content management on eStore platform
    • Regular coordination with logistics and customer serviceteams to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Regularly audit competitor activities on local and globallevel
    • Benchmark global best practices and findinsights for regional optimization strategy
    • Manage customer reviews FAQs and other feedback andcoordinate with operations teams
    • Able toproduce and assess regular reporting for product and salesperformance KPIs
    • Incident handling incoordination with eStore IncidentManager

    Essentialskills and experience:

    • At least 10 years experience in a relevant ecommercecompany or division
    • Ability to handle multipledemands efficiently while being well organized and maintaining highattention to detail
    • Comfortable interactingwith technical and nontechnical stakeholders
    • Analytical skills to be able to track and generate databased insights
    • Must possess good interpersonalskills in order to build strong positive businessrelationships
    • Solid understanding of ECommerce& Digital Marketing best practices
    • Possess an innovative problemsolving andsolutionsoriented mindset
    • Demonstrated abilityto learn quickly and manage changeeffectively

    Qualification:

    • Master or Bachelor degree in marketing or similar with atleast 10 years of experience in working in ecommerce
    • Demonstrated written and communication skills.
    • Must be system oriented as well as computer literate andadvanced user of MSOffice applications (Word Excel PowerPointOutlook)
    • Fluent inEnglish
