    Job Title:Senior Techno Functional Consultant HCMPayroll

    Qualification andExperience:

    A bachelors degree ina relevant field such as computer science information technology orengineering is typically required. A masters degree or additionalcertifications in areas such as project management or businessprocess management can be advantageous.

    Provenexperience in managing HCM implementation projects and initiativespreferably in a similar role as a support consultant for Payroll ora related position.

    Experience with integratingdiverse systems applications and technologies within complex ITenvironments.

    Knowledge of industryspecificintegration challenges standards and regulations ifapplicable.

    Experience in designing configuringimplementing and supporting Fusion Payroll suite and relatedmodules including Core HR Absences Compensation Time &Labor. Knowledge of and Oracle ERP R12 Payroll ispreferred.

    Expert in Payroll business processarea for core engine and typical integrations with banks and otherapplications

    Superior ability to understandarticulate and address business issues business drivers andneeds.

    Able to plan and facilitate designsessions. Able to conceptualize a solution of significant scopeacross multiple business processes.

    Analyticaland problemsolving skills to identify payroll and regulatoryrequirements evaluate system compatibility and troubleshootissues.

    Knowledge of security and data privacyconsiderations in payroll/HR projects.

    Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectivelywith stakeholders from various departments and levels within theorganization.

    Ability to clearly conveytechnical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and translatebusiness requirements into technicalspecifications.

    Strong negotiation andinfluencing skills to manage expectations resolve conflicts andalign integration initiatives with organizationalgoals.

    Collaborative mindset and the ability towork well in crossfunctional teams including developers architectsbusiness analysts and project managers.

    Strongpresentation skills to deliver updates reports and recommendationsto management and other relevant stakeholders.

    Excellent knowledge of Oracle Application Object library andapplication database structure.

    Good workingknowledge of BPM workflow and runtime report configuration andDesign Studio Application Composer Page Composer using fusionapplication.

    Well versed in developing PAASextension for customization which includes but not limited tointegration between oracle fusion and PAAS application and viceversa using VBCS ICS PCS and DBCS.

    OracleApplication Express (APEX) OAF Oracle Fusion SaaS and PaaSenvironments

    Skills:

    Payroll functional and technical support toBusiness.

    Accountable for Monthly/Annual HealthCheck of Payroll processing

    Recommend automationopportunities in Payroll whereverpossible.

    Identify gaps and implement solutionsto reduce issues in Payroll and related modules. Create knowledgerepository with SOPs and recurring issues.

    Coordinate with Oracle support to identify resolutions to productissues.

    Professional HCM/Payroll experience aspractitioner and/or implementation consultant

    Knowledge of payroll rules for UAE & Global Payroll inmust

    Proven experience implementing one or moreof the following modules: Payroll is mandatory. One or moreadditional modules such as Absence Fast formulas Benefits Time& Labor Core HCM are preferred.

    Excellent experience with Oracle Fusion/EBS HCM Payroll ApplicationConfiguration

    Excellent competency in OraclePayroll Tuning/Payroll System Health Check etc.

    Experience in creating Test cases Conducting Parallel Tests andProduction Support (SR Management Patch coordination Ticketresolution Unit/Integration testing etc.).

    HCMExtract BIP OTBI/Dashboards HDL Spreadsheet and FastFormula

    Proficient incustomizations/personalization/configuration using Sandbox tools inareas related to Payroll Core HR and relatedmodules.

    Extensive experience in PreparingBusiness Cases Training Programs and Presentations for Stakeholdersand Business users of alllevels.
