    • BSc (IT) Degree or Higher Diplomain Information Technology.
    • 3+ years ofexperience in a client-facing technical support/service deskcontext.
    • Ability to work well under pressurewith good problem-solving skills in a collaborative, teamenvironment.
    • Microsoft Azure Administrator& O365 administration certifications aremandatory.
    • Experience in Microsoft Devicemanagement solutions would be anadvantage.
    • Excellent command of the Englishlanguage.
    • Strong self-led, work prioritization,and strong analyticalskills.
    • Team-player.
    • Stronginfluential skills when communicating inside and outside theorganization with peers, vendors, andclients.
    • Knowledge of service desk ticketingsystem – exposure to Jira on-prem would be an addedadvantage.
