Restaurant Revenue Growth & Business Development Manager
Location: Dubai – On-Site Only
Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 10,000 + Performance Growth

This is a revenue ownership role.
Your primary responsibility is to increase restaurant revenue across aggregators, corporate catering, neighborhood penetration, and events.
If you have never directly increased restaurant revenue through your actions, do not apply.

The Monk is a Dubai-grown Indo-Chinese restaurant brand established in 2011.
We currently operate multiple branches across:
- Meadows
- Dubai Silicon Oasis
- Arjan
- Karama
- Business Bay (launching)
We are now entering a major growth phase focused on:
- Aggregator performance optimization
- Corporate catering expansion
- Community and neighborhood penetration
- Strategic partnerships
- Awards participation
- Franchise expansion readiness
This role is critical to accelerating revenue growth across all branches.
Your Core Responsibility: Increase Revenue
You will be directly responsible for increasing revenue through 4 primary channels:
- Aggregator Revenue Growth (Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, Careem)
You must know how to:
- Improve category rankings (Top 10 target)
- Increase Average Order Value (AOV) by 10–20%
- Improve conversion rate and CTR
- Optimize menus, combos, and pricing
- Manage and optimize aggregator ads
- Improve ratings and reduce refunds
- Maintain clean and optimized listings
You must have personally operated aggregator dashboards.
- Corporate Sales & Catering Growth (Critical)
You will be directly responsible for generating corporate and catering revenue by:
- Acquiring new corporate clients
- Visiting offices and building relationships
- Generating recurring corporate meal orders
- Developing catering opportunities
- Conducting direct outreach and meetings
- Converting leads into long-term revenue
This is a hands-on business development role.
- Neighborhood & Community Revenue Growth
You will:
- Increase penetration in nearby residential communities
- Build partnerships with residential buildings and local businesses
- Execute local marketing activations
- Drive repeat customer programs
Increase direct ordering and footfall
Event & Partnership Revenue Growth
You will:
- Plan and execute event participation
- Maximize revenue during community events
- Build partnerships with gyms, schools, offices, and communities
- Convert partnerships into recurring revenue
This Is a Field-Execution Role
You will:
- Visit branches regularly
- Visit corporate clients and offices
- Execute campaigns personally
- Coordinate closely with operations team
This is NOT a desk-only role.
What Success Looks Like in First 90 Days
- +15% increase in Average Order Value (AOV)
- Top 10 ranking in aggregator categories per branch
- +20% increase in total revenue
- Minimum AED 50,000/month corporate & catering revenue generated
- Improved rating consistency (4.5+)
- Structured revenue tracking and reporting
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 2+ years hands-on restaurant marketing or business development experience
- Direct experience operating Talabat / Deliveroo / Noon dashboards
- Proven experience increasing restaurant revenue
- Experience acquiring corporate or catering clients
- Strong understanding of restaurant unit economics
- UAE driving license
- Based in Dubai
- Willing to work on-ground and visit branches and clients regularly
Do NOT Apply If:
- You only manage social media
- You only create graphics or content
- You have never operated aggregator dashboards
- You have never acquired corporate or catering clients
- You cannot show real revenue impact
- You prefer remote work
- You are not comfortable with direct sales and field work

Compensation & Growth
Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 10,000 per month (based on capability)
Performance-based growth structure available.
Visa transfer and long-term employment will be offered after successful performance evaluation period.
