    Jobdescription is asfollows:


    TheMaintenance Supervisor role is to lead the way in the continuousimprovement of all production stages. To providethe

    necessary electrical andmechanical multiskilled expertise and support while ensuring smoothplant operation and

    maintaining thephysical assets of the company under the direction of theMaintenance Engineers.

    Maintenance:Maintenance of plant activities (machines and equipment) includingplanning preventive andpredictive

    (Planned and unplanned)maintenance and corrective measure during breakdown of equipment.Ensure regular checks on

    machinery andcompletion of all maintenance tasks asassigned.

    Financial &Maintenance Planning and Troubleshooting. Financial budgetingDesigning and implementingpreventive

    maintenance system as perComputerized Maintenance Management System. Fault finding / problemsolving of equipment

    and machine breakdown. Plans executes and implement all engineeringprojects.

    Performance Review andContinuous Improvement: Trains associates assign job as per skillsand monitors the performance

    of theteam. Ensures cost effective optimization practices are adhered tocreates Continuous Improvement cultureand

    implement Kaizen among staffs.Follow and maintain GMP ISO QMS HACCP 5S and Work Safety standards.Adhere to

    cost effective practices aswell as continuous improvement andKaizens.

    Coordination &Communication: Assist Engineers and Production Supervisors indetermining needs for equipment&

    scheduling work followingthe work orders for all internal/external jobs. Ensure signing ofthe work orders anddaily

    accomplishment report of thetechnicians. Must meet with the Engineers daily to assesspriorities andaddress/communicate

    issues.Must ensure timely and proper communication of related issues withProduction and EngineeringDepartment.

    CostReduction & Change Over. Support Engineers to minimizedelays in production and optimum utilization of linesby

    ensuring timely change over as peragreed SOP. To avoid financial loss of tea stocks by assuringcorrect calibration and setting

    of allcheck weighers. Create awareness among colleagues of cost factorand contribute to plant s cost reduction program.To

    contribute to continuous reductionof cost by providing concrete technical solution and framework forchange as a plant

    including bettermanagement of utilities (air conditioning lightning) minimizingwear and tear loss and replacement ofcostly

    parts and avoid damage ofmachine parts andequipment.

    Assistance in Internal& External Audit Compliances: Assist the EngineeringCoordinator & Maintenance Engineers inthe

    Internal & ExternalAudits. Complying on the NCRs. Provides preventive measures for thenext audits. Compliance and

    knowledgeabout QMS ISO 9001:2015 FSSC 22000:2017 V.4.1 EMS ISO 14001:2015FSMA Registration HACCP

    CertificationHALAAL KOSHER and Other ExternalBodies



    Requirements

    Certifications/TrainingsNeeded

    Preferablywith 50% Electrical and 50 % Mechanical experience. Should be abletounderstand

    electromechanical aspects of machine. Basic understanding Electrical panelwiring switchgear

    transformerbreaker. Understanding of bearing sprockets chains pump setcoupling&

    conveyors.Occupational Safety Awareness. AutoCAD design and PLCProgramming

    skills/certifications

    Shouldbe flexible enough to Adjust to dynamics of Production Environmentin FMCG.With

    confidenceto respond positively when under pressure. Should be able toperform in theHigh
