4-RevenueManagement and Financial Performance

In tandem with the Commercial Teamdevelop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and maximizeprofitability across all revenue streams, including room sales,food and beverage, and ancillaryservices.
Monitor financial performance,budgets, and expenses, implementing corrective actions as needed toachieve financial targets and operationalefficiency.
Identify opportunities for revenueoptimization and cost savings while maintaining the highest qualitystandards.

5-StakeholderRelations and Community Engagement

Cultivate positive relationships withkey stakeholders, including owners, investors, suppliers, and localauthorities, to ensure alignment and support for CielTower's objectives.
Act as anambassador for Ciel Tower within the local community andhospitality industry, participating in events, initiatives, andpartnerships to enhance the hotel's visibility andreputation.
Bachelor's degree inhospitality management, Business Administration, or related field(Master's degree preferred).
Extensivepre-opening experience of five-starhotels.
Proven experience in senior leadershiproles (General Manager or higher) within the hospitality industry,with a track record of success in managing large-scale operationsupper upscale operations.
Strong businessacumen and financial management skills, with the ability to driverevenue growth and optimizeprofitability.
Exceptional interpersonal andcommunication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivateteams to achieve excellence.
Demonstratedability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and makedata-driven decisions.
A passion forhospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guestexperiences.
