    Description

    The People & Culture Manager will beresponsible for creating and implementing strategies that alignwith the companys goals and values.

    Responsiblefor overseeing all aspects of People & Culture(P&C) for the operational and strategic P&Cfunctions to support of the achievement of organizationalgoals.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Collaboratewith business leaders to understand strategic objectives and alignP&C initiatives with organizationalgoals.
    • Manage the yearlyforecast of costs and expenses related to People & Culturein an organization.
    • Manageall aspects of employee relations employee engagement anddisciplinaryprocedures.
    • Ensures allGlobal Human Resources Policies and Procedures are kept up to dateon all the sources they are sharedon.
    • Responsible forimplementing and maintaining the HRIS software for an organizationor company.
    • Develop andimplement performance management programs including performanceappraisals goal setting and performance improvement plans. Coachmanagers on effective performance management techniques and providesupport in addressing performanceissues.
    • Act as an advisorto department heads providing guidance on P&Crelatedmatters and contributing to decisionmakingprocesses..
    • Ensurecompliance with local employment laws and regulations adaptingP&C policies and practicesaccordingly.
    • Drivecontinued transformation in P&C Operating model andidentifying opportunities to improve and streamline P&Cpolicies and processes and tools in accordance with the ISOstandards.
    • Assist thesenior leadership team to build an empowering workplace throughdevelopment of compensation learning and development program jobdesign etc.
    • Collaboratewith internal stakeholders to build a culture of performance acrossthe organization that is linked to organization needs and alignedto performancereviews
    • Internal andexternal organizational reporting and maintains P&C dataand statistics and provides regular reports and analysis to theLeadership to facilitate continuousimprovement.
    • Design andlead initiatives and projects including research and diagnostics tomaximize the engagement and retention of all team members and buildorganizational commitment to the desired culture.

    Qualifications&Education:

    • Bachelorsdegree in human resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
    • HR Certification (SHRM CertifiedProfessional/CIPD or equivalent) is aplus.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitiveand confidential information withdiscretion.
    • Strategic thinking and the abilityto align HR initiatives with overall businessobjectives.
    • At least 5 years proven experiencein people and culture management preferably in the consultingindustry
    • Strong knowledge of HR policiesprocedures and best practices
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
    • Strongunderstanding of various HR function or a relatedfield.
    • Have a good knowledge of laborlegislation in at least one of the GCC countries (UAE Qatar BahrainKSA Kuwait Oman)
