    Project overview

    Workingwith the established credit and risk team on this exciting inflightData Governance Project to help our client understand their currentstatus and identify improvements to enable delivery of improvedservices and reducewaste.



    Summaryof the role and main accountabilities

    Ourclient requires a strong Data Business Analyst, complimented withBusiness Analysis skills who is confident with handling andanalysing large and complex datasets.Who bridges the gap betweentechnology and business teams to ensure a greatoutcome.

    Asthe Data Business Analyst you ll create user stories to define thebusiness requirements.You ll have super stakeholderengagement skills to coach and guide the business/programme teamsto ensure the TOM is defined and integrated across processes andaligned with the future end statevision

    YourAnalysis, excellent communication and business transformationskills will be key to ensure the business adopt these new ways ofworking whilst closely engaging with our client s seniorleaders.

    Youll also create exciting training material for end users and deliverthis training withstyle.


    Deliverables
    • Works as part of the existingCredit Risk team and takes time to understand inflight projectprogress, BAUChangecolleagues andstatus to prioritise effort and support in the best waypossible
    • Familiarity with CRR/PRA IRB andDataRequirements
    • StrongSAS/SQLexperience, i.e. working withlarge datasets, merging, datamanipulation, report producing, automation ofreports
    • Experience of implementing anddeveloping Data QualityReports for data including butnot limited to Credit &Risk
    • Strong communication &stakeholder engagementskills
    • Building reconciliation controlsbetweensystems
    • ProducesJira epics and user/featurestories, defining the businessobjectives that form the backlog of tasks to be done basedoncustomer/colleagueneeds/journeys.
    • Defines and delivers againstrequirements to meet multiple stakeholdersneeds
    • Works with business teams andsubject matter experts to determine what good looks like and buildtheir knowledgeandunderstanding
    • Asks the right questions of theright people to define requirements, achieve testing, entry/exitcriteria and ensure businessreadiness
    • Works with business/programmeteams to ensure the TOMis defined and integrated acrossprocesses and aligned with thefuture end statevision
    • Designs and deliverstraining andcommunications to ensurecustomer and colleaguereadiness
    • Facilitates workshops/discussionsto design processes, understand scope, requirements and solvedesignissues
    • Works with business teams todefine new processes to deliver improved services and reducewaste
    • Uses process hierarchy to adopt astructured approach to appropriate process definition and toachieve optimumbusinessarchitecture anddesign
    • Bridges the gap betweentechnology and business teams to ensure a greatoutcome
    • Supplies key life cycle artefactsin line withmethodology/requirements
    • Supports testing, implementation,and warranty to ensure successfultransition

    Project Partners arelooking for a good all-round Data Business Analyst who also has theBusiness Analysis skills that has been there seen it and deliveredit Someone who has worked on a variety of projectswheretheyhave led from start to finish in a range of organisations andsectors, ideally Financial Services. Someone who exudes confidencewithout arrogance, who can articulate issues and looks forsolutions, who is able to adapt to different organisationalcultures and client bases and someone the client can instantly haveconfidencein.

    • Provenexperience of successfully managing credit, risk and compliancechange in range of Financial Services organisations including Datamigration, process re-design and MI regulatoryreporting
    • Experiencein data and riskmodelling
    • Familiarityand experience with IRB,CRR/PRA

    • Proficientin Excel, Word, PowerPoint, andMSP
