    Job Title: ITProject Manager Ecommerce

    KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Project Planning andExecution: Develop and maintain project plansincluding scope timelines resource allocation and budgeting toensure the successful implementation of ecommerceinitiatives.

    2. Ecommerce PlatformExpertise: Leverage indepth knowledge of ecommerceplatforms and technologies to make informed decisions aboutplatform selection integrations andcustomizations.

    3. CrossfunctionalCollaboration: Work closely with web developers(internal and external ) UX/UI designers marketing professionalsand IT specialists to ensure seamless integration of ecommerceinitiatives with existing systems andprocesses.

    4. StakeholderManagement: Engage with key stakeholders to gatherrequirements provide project updates and ensure that the ecommerceproject meets the needs of the business and itscustomers.

    5. AgileMethodologies: Utilize agile project managementmethodologies to facilitate iterative development adapt to changingrequirements and deliver value to the business in shortcycles.

    6. RiskManagement: Identify potential risks and issuesrelated to ecommerce project delivery and develop mitigationstrategies to address them.

    7. UserExperience (UX) and Conversion Optimization: Focuson improving the user experience of the ecommerce platform andoptimizing the conversion funnel to drive sales and enhancecustomer satisfaction.

    8. Highlyexperienced in managing Tier 1 Vendors: Managerelationships with external vendors or ecommerce solution providersto ensure the successful delivery of ecommerce solutions andservices.

    9. ContinuousImprovement: Foster a culture of continuousimprovement to innovate and enhance the ecommerceoffering.

    KEYSKILLS /EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelorsdegree in IT or business or related field or anMBA.
    • 8 years of experience in ProjectManagement within Ecommerce.
    • Deep understandingof ecommerce platforms and technologies
    • Strongknowledge of agile methodologies and experience in leading agileecommerce projects.
    • Excellent communication andstakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate withcrossfunctional teams and manage vendorrelationships.
    • Strong problemsolving and riskmanagement skills to address challenges and mitigate projectrisks.
    • Leadership skills to drive the ecommerceproject team and foster a culture of continuousimprovement.
    • Exceptional analytical andconceptual thinking skills.
    • Advanced technicalskills and experience of managing Ecommerce programs andprojects.
    • Excellent documentation andcomprehension skills.
    • Fundamental analyticaland conceptual thinking skills.
    • Experiencecreating detailed reports and givingpresentations.
    • Competency in Microsoftapplications including Word Excel Power point andVisio.
    • Excellent planning organizational andtime management skills.
    • Experience leadingmajor projects in the market and part of topperformingteams.
